Return and Exchange Policy
- While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
Requirements for Returns
- Returns must include a valid original purchase order number from yegg.com. If your purchase was made through a different retailer, please contact them directly for returns.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all contents intact to qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- For standard returns (excluding Elite Rewards members), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified by our support team.
- Returns for our Elite Rewards members include complimentary return shipping.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued for the product only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend adding tracking or delivery confirmation for returns not using our pre-paid shipping label to ensure the package is received. Yegg is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages during transit.
Pre-Paid Shipping Labels
- A pre-paid return label is available for use, excluding international returns.
Promotional and Bundle Items
- Promotional gift items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties.
- When returning items purchased as part of a bundle, all items within the bundle must be returned to receive a refund. If only part of the bundle is returned, the remaining items will be charged at full price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at amazon@yegg.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item(s).
- Ship Your Return: If you are provided with a pre-paid label, follow the instructions to ensure the package is properly labeled and shipped. If using your own method, ensure you have tracking or delivery confirmation.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note that all returns are subject to final approval by our Quality Assurance team to ensure the product meets the return requirements.
