Free Shipping:

• We offer free standard domestic shipping within the contiguous United States for orders weighing 16 ounces or less.

International Shipping:

• Note that USPS First Class Mail International does not provide global tracking information.
• Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or carrier-related fees. For detailed information, please check with your local customs office.

Order Processing:

• Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the in-stock date.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next available business day.
• Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes and Methods:

We strive to expedite your orders using the following shipping methods:

By USPS:

• First Class Mail: Typically takes 3 to 8 business days.
• Priority Mail: Usually delivered in 2 business days.
• Express Mail: Generally delivered the next day after shipment.
• First Class Mail International: Delivery times vary by destination (tracking information is unavailable for this method).

By FedEx:

• FedEx Ground Home Delivery®: Delivery within 1 to 5 business days, including Saturdays at no extra charge.
• FedEx Express Saver®: Delivery in 3 business days by 4:30 PM PST to most areas (by 7 PM to residences). Not available in Alaska and Hawaii. No Saturday delivery.
• FedEx Standard Overnight®: Next business day delivery by 3 PM to most locations (by 4:30 PM PST to rural areas). No Saturday delivery.
• FedEx International Economy®: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days to more than 215 countries and territories.
• FedEx International Priority®: Typically delivered within 1-3 business days to over 220 countries and territories.

By UPS Mail Innovations:

• UPS inducts your mail piece into the U.S. Postal Service within 48 hours of processing. Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days.

Special Considerations:

• Orders containing multiple items will be shipped once all items are available for fulfillment. This may delay the order until the latest pre-order date unless otherwise stated.
• If an upgraded shipping method is selected, the first package will be shipped via the upgraded method. Subsequent shipments will follow standard shipping.
• Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information will be issued a product refund.
• Yegg is not liable for items lost in transit once they have been tracked as delivered.

Important Notes:

• Timely delivery is contingent on carrier terms and conditions. Delays may occur due to natural disasters, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Orders may be placed on hold for verification if fraudulent information is detected or if the order total exceeds $100 USD.
• In case of an out-of-stock item, we will contact you for further instructions before shipping.
• For pre-orders or back-ordered items, the entire order will be held until all items are available. To avoid delays, we recommend ordering pre-order/back-ordered items separately.

Handling Special Situations:

• All orders are subject to approval based on the provided order information. If anything appears fraudulent or it exceeds $100 USD, the order may be placed on hold for verification.
• If an item is out of stock, we will contact you for further instructions before proceeding with shipping.
